2- Limit screen time to a fixed amount each day rather than keeping it open ended for the day.


3- Prepare your child to unplug from the device by giving them time checks a few minutes prior to the big moment!


4- a larger device is better than a smaller one for their sweet little eyes.


5- Keep the night shield on your device making sure to minimize blue light exposure.
