Snuggly Apps Book Reviews and YouTube Storytime Video Services Policy

INTRODUCTION

Snuggly Apps (“we” or “us” or “our”) provide services to (“user”, "author" or “you”) that include book reviews and YouTube storytime video recording and upload it to our YouTube channel. This Policy explains the terms that afore-mentioned services are contingent on.

Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not request for our services.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.

You are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Policy by your continued use of our services after the date such revised Policy is posted.

POLICY DETAILS

When we receive a request to provide these services, our team reviews the work internally and decides to provide or to not provide the aforementioned services based on certain criteria. We do this to ensure that we only endorse content that aligns with our company’s mission statement and vision of promoting values of inclusion, diversity, tolerance, acceptance, friendship, gratitude, mindfulness, teamwork, persistence and perseverance to name a few. This is by no means an all-encompassing or exhaustive list. Feel free to reach out to us and we would love to explore the opportunity to work together.

After reviewing the book internally, we hold the sole rights to approve or disapprove, for any reason, to review and/or curate your book on our
website, www.snugglyapps.com, as well as, decide to or not to, for any reason, read aloud and record a video of the storybook for our YouTube channel.

This policy holds true in situations when we reach out to the author and/or publisher of the storybook and vice-versa. In cases where we charge for these services, and decide not to go through with providing the aforementioned services, we shall refund the amount in full, and, if requested by the author/publisher, try our best to return the physical copy (if provided) of the book or make a refund for the exact amount.

YOUTUBE VIDEO

When both parties (us and you) agree upon providing the YouTube video recording service, you provide us full rights to create a video with images from your book while reading it and uploading the video to our YouTube channel.

We are responsible to provide complete attribution to the author and illustrator of the book(s), which include but is not limited to, mentioning the name of the author and illustrator of the book in the video and providing a valid link to purchase the book in the description of the video.
